I have iPhone 14 and the rear camera, the flashlight stopped working; I’m able to click picture in 0.5X otherwise it doesn’t work. I noticed that this problem is faced by many other users as well. Do you plan to take responsibility? Bad customer experience!!

I placed an order which shows delivered but did not receive and I have opened an query which is being closed without any resolution.

@BluSmartHelps got a call from the QR team and they told they don’t have any liability for the accident and the driver is responsible to pay the cost of the damage. Total negligence and zero accountability as the employer.

A @BluSmartIndia cab hit my car from behind on 4th Dec, causing damage. I filed a police complaint and was assured by @BluSmartHelps that they’d cover the costs. Despite constant follow-ups, I’ve received no response. Pathetic service and zero accountability!

@myntra @myntra everytime the callback is schedules the customer care responds the same that the right product was delivered and no refund would be given.
