Steve leaves behind an incredible legacy within pain research. He was also awarded the BNA Prize 2019 for Outstanding Contribution to #Neuroscience.

We found that antibodies against the neuropeptides CGRP and PACAP do not cross-inhibit each other in mice. Could PACAP-targeted drugs be effective in patients who do not respond to CGRP-based therapeutics?
