Interesting how the phenotype of secondary sclerosis cholangitis is emerging. Have seen several cases of sclerosing cholangitis from check point inhibitors as well

It’s unacceptable that @UHC plans to move forward with this #priorauth program for GI endoscopy that will create MORE barriers to care for high-risk patients & potentially cost lives. We have met with them repeatedly, only to be stonewalled.

Normal B12 levels DOES NOT rule out B12 def anemia. Period.
Many of my colleagues justify doing a bone marrow when the whole clinical picture is of ⬇️B12 only bcoz of normal B12 levels!😓
