@RogersHistory It’s not just for teachers. We regularly have at least 10 TAs/ teachers on long term sick and 10 on unexpected absence. I see at least 10 supply teaching assistance at reception on arrival!

@tstarkey1212 One of the first schools that I worked in as a TA before becoming a teacher, was a very old building and the staff room had too entrances with a door in the middle, one side was originally smoking and non smoking 😂

@GeographyStrong Friday was Harvest Moon, Windy AF- I work in a SEN school, the whole school was wild. I had a rough ass day too, just floored by behaviour on top of the normal behaviour issues I expect.
I’m sorry you had a bad day but this doesn’t make you a bad teacher, Monday is a new day.
