@RogersHistory Itβs not just for teachers. We regularly have at least 10 TAs/ teachers on long term sick and 10 on unexpected absence. I see at least 10 supply teaching assistance at reception on arrival!
@charl0906 I never had a chocolate calendar as child, as a matter of fact, I had the same one for years. My mum would close the doors up and get it out again the next year.
@tstarkey1212 One of the first schools that I worked in as a TA before becoming a teacher, was a very old building and the staff room had too entrances with a door in the middle, one side was originally smoking and non smoking π
@autcareandshare Ahem or you shouldnβt be making decisions based on 5 x 20 minutes obs, without reading the years of sensory professional obs feedback or talking to the teacher of 3 years! Sorry equally fuming today based on ppl making decisions without taking time to get to know a child!
@GeographyStrong Friday was Harvest Moon, Windy AF- I work in a SEN school, the whole school was wild. I had a rough ass day too, just floored by behaviour on top of the normal behaviour issues I expect.
Iβm sorry you had a bad day but this doesnβt make you a bad teacher, Monday is a new day.
