You do realize Democrats had 136 years of control over the state Legislature. Why didn’t they cut the grocery tax then? Instead, they left the state BILLIONS in debt and voted to give themselves pay raises during the 2008 financial crisis while Alabamians were suffering.

We cut the grocery tax in half last quadrennium and delivered over $1.5B in tax relief. We’ve been able to do that while fixing the education system your buddies broke and building the strongest economy in our state’s history. The same delusional leadership you brought to your brief stint in the U.S. Senate is showing in a big way right now. Can’t wait for Coach to send you packing… again.

@SKWM2 @DDuece777 I love Homewood. My daughter lives there. It’s a charming little place. It’s just slowly gotten more and more liberal over the years as many places have. That’s all. Still some of my best friends live there. Great people. It’s just different than it used to be.
