Almost every P5 program that has a disappointing season will say the magic words.
We need more money.
When really they simply need the right kids that aren't chasing money and more toughness.
Agree or Disagree?
When Irby is hitting backside…. His hand eye coordination is as good as there is….

I read this earlier this morning and have given it quite a bit of thought……

What will be, will be....
The older you get, the more you realize how little control you really have, over timing, over people, over how things turn out. You can give your all, do everything right, and it still might not go the way you planned. But maybe that's the point. Maybe life isn't meant to be perfectly understood while you're living it.
The missed chances, the detours, the things you thought were endings, they were all redirections. One day, you'll look back and realise it unfolded exactly as it was meant to.
So breathe. Stop trying to force what's not ready. What's meant for you will never need to be chased. What will be, will be.
🙏
I trust in God when I don’t understand and I don’t have answers for others or myself.
I believe God keeps me on a “ need to know” basis for my own good.
Make a difference today

Expensive travel teams that travel to GA and FL for tournaments. I recommend sticking with an American legion or local travel team.
Spend the money on a good training program like @TreadHQ or @ArmoryFlorida where you can develop in person and remote. Start this in high school.
When your athlete has something good to show, do a college showcase circuit the summer before Sophomore year.
I would love if coaches stopped glorifying the “work for free and work your way up” deal. I was fortunate enough to have the support this absolutely requires, a lot of people are not. Paying your dues and being reasonably and respectfully compensated are not mutually exclusive
