Just bought the 'Jamie cooks Italy' book by @jamieoliver. Fantastic cook book! Love it 👍
But where can I watch the episodes? @Channel4 says they are not available. You can't stream or by the dvd from @AmazonUK. Caught a part episode on @SamsungTVPlus but want to watch the series

Dusting off the cobwebs. Bought it just before my stroke. So this is really its first proper outing. Starting off with spicy pulled pork with a black bean, red onion, tomato, avocado, jalapeño 'Pico de Gallo' salad with fresh coriander & lime 😀

1st smoking in 2022. 6kg shoulder of pork from Northfield Farm. Nicely prepped by Cameron. Got the homemade rub on. 9pm & about to go on the GMG pellet smoker. Which means I will be up every hour throughout the night to spray with bourbon

@Rutland_Hall Your main dinner menu looks amazing and can't wait to try. Although a real shame you don't offer this on a Sunday (other than in evening) as we would have booked a table for today. Maybe something to look at? @Rutland_Hall

@scubachick1975 @uhl_stroke @TheStrokeAssoc @DLStrokeSupGrp @strokewarrior @AStrokeOfLuckUK @NHSuk @dr_nickward I have rolled mine tight so it holds the folk handle quite tight. It helps in my case as the hole is rectangular and the handle is rectangular.
