1st smoking in 2022. 6kg shoulder of pork from Northfield Farm. Nicely prepped by Cameron. Got the homemade rub on. 9pm & about to go on the GMG pellet smoker. Which means I will be up every hour throughout the night to spray with bourbon

Have just voted in the Great Food Club 2021/22 awards. Tough choice as Rutland has lots of great restaurants, eateries & food suppliers. But the restaurant that has given me the most happiness in the last 12 months is @sarpech in Oakham.
