from @MoonpigUK. Sent a card to last address chosen not my address, the when I contacted them, told me nothing they can do, except to buy another card. Been a customer for over 15 years, that ends today.
Been trying to log into my @lebara account since Sunday. Multiple conversations with chat agents and now on hold for 30mins. Not great first impressions.
@AmazonUK still unresolved. Sent DM as requested and then was given a link to the same endless loop of trying to contact someone to speak with! #badcustomerexperience
Item ordered from @AmazonUK is saying it’s not eligible for returns even though purchased within 14 days. Been in a loop on the app trying to sort but no success #badux#poorcustomerservice

@support_adobe frustrated that all my apps need updating but Creative Cloud update is failing. Can’t access any apps as saying my subscription has ended, which it hasn’t.
@Morrisons £6 voucher offered but explained why that is not acceptable. Breakfast ruined. Product contaminated, other products had to be washed or binned.
@Wise why is impossible to contact you without logging in to the app which it won’t let me do? I need to access a refund made to a deactivated account.
@Wise Deactivated my account as I was unable to change my email address via the app.
Recently had a purchase refund, so need to reactivate to access, but each time I do I get an error telling me to contact the support centre which I need to be logged in to do! #help
@Wise It’s impossible to contact you without logging in which is impossible if the issue is about reactivating an account. #frustrating and very bad #UserExperience

@transferwise unable to reactive an account and no way to contact you. Email send button not activated, telephone number has a recorded message saying you’re closed but no info on opening hours
@IKEASpain I had to get my friend to deal with it from the Spanish end. She is told the items will be collected 29 February. This has been very stressful and the customer service has been very very poor.
@IKEASpain I need to make a complaint about returns handled in IKEA Spain. I’m back in the UK and still trying to resolve a faulty returns label which is costing me money each time I phone from my UK mobile to request a new label.
