@Slunaker1588 Also, think outside the box. Benefits don’t always have to be $$. Work life balance and guaranteed time off also is a benefit most of them want. So PTO and other benefits such as that which have never been common in AT are what they are looking for as well.
@Slunaker1588 I didn’t mean to start a fight but honestly it is where the profession finds itself. The older generation talks about culture and other intrinsic values but this generation of workers coming out is extrinsically motivated so salary and benefits is what they care about.

@AnonymousAT2 You and your physician should have something in place that is mutually agreed upon for when an athlete can return to participation with some form of functional assessment. Leave yourselves room to make clinical judgments based on expertise. Omit timelines use measurements instead
