Junta troops raided NantLan & NaungLatGyi, 2 neighboring villages east of Kachin State's Shwegu township, at around 6am on Apr 11, and burnt down houses again. They also arrested elderly people in their 70s, who were unable to flee, as human shields at monasteries.
