@ASFleischman It’s very sad to me that these people get to keep doing this kind of work, and their clients suffer consequences because no one can/will take action to stop it. What if any one of the many people he’s represented had great claims that should have won? Terrible.

I don’t get how these lawyers keep getting caught using fake case law citations from ChatGPT.

Even if you’re using AI to help you write your emotions or your responses do you not double check your work in case the judge asks you to explain?
