⚖️New Filing⚖️A civil complaint filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court alleges Megan Thee Stallion and several related business entities failed to pay $1,243,501.98 in invoices owed to Six K Management Productions Inc. and celebrity stylist Eric Archibald.

According to the filing, the plaintiffs claim the unpaid invoices stem from styling, wardrobe, personal shopping, travel, event, brand and vendor-related services allegedly provided between January 2024 and August 2025.

The complaint lists claims for breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, promissory estoppel, and unjust enrichment. The attached exhibits include an accounts receivable journal listing dozens of invoices tied to shoots, appearances, commercial work, fashion events, personal shopping, and brand-related projects.

Plaintiffs allege repeated attempts to resolve payment were unsuccessful and say some outstanding balances involve third-party vendors for wardrobe, products, and services.The plaintiffs are seeking damages, interest, attorneys’ fees, court costs, and a jury trial.
