Well my @att family this is my farewell. I resigned today due to my mental health. It’s bittersweet. I wanted to retire with my peers, walk around downtown and network, but my mental and physical health said otherwise. I hope it’s just a see you later and not a goodbye. 🥺
With that being said I want everyone to know that mental health is health and you deserve to feel healthy in every and anything you do. #MentalHealthAwareness#mentalhealthmatters
Guess who’s back! BACK AGAIN! @ATT_Layla is back! Tell a friend! But for real, are any of my people in Human Resources? I have a question!! Please inbox me!
May is mental health awareness month. Not everyone may be open with their mental health struggles and may want a safe place to relate. As someone that is open with their struggles with major depressive disorder, I want to be an advocate and friend to others and their struggles.
They say someone can hear a smile, and that is one thing I ALWAYS make a conscious effort to do. Mental health struggles are real and impact so many people nowadays. Kindness can really make someone that’s going through a struggle brighten up. Be the reason someone smiles!
It’s hard to see ahead while you’re going through it all, but ya gotta hang on to some kind of hope and positivity. #mentalhealth#positiveenergy#lifeatatt
