💡 BRIGHT IDEA | The Liverpool entrance to the Queensway Tunnel could be about to get a face lift.

���� Planning has been approved to reconstruct an historic lighting monument and to relocate the region's distinctive art deco toll booths to Old Haymarket.

Steve has secured a further £16m to invest in walking and cycling - taking the total investment in active travel to nearly £70m.

The funding will support 12 schemes across the region, including West Derby Road in Liverpool and a route connecting Lea Green with Whiston Hospital.

As part of our #ByOurs project in #Bebington, we installed Scoot Zones around schools with @WirralCouncil, to get parents + pupils to consider leaving their cars at home for short school commutes.

Lou delivered 'train the trainer' scooting workshops + they were a great success!

I'd make it a priority to implement a comprehensive ferry network across the Mersey.

Something similar to Amsterdam, connecting everywhere along the banks, Bootle to New Ferry, Speke to New Brighton and everywhere in between.

DYK the ‘flashes’ are lakes formed from mining subsidence? They make a great habitat + it was a beautiful place to spend our day!
