@korinreid@TechBaeAsh I discovered skin tint with spf and I have found AI tools v helpful to pick products that suit my skin/coloring/needs. That plus YouTube tutorials on application technique.
I’m usually going for the best benefit available from minimal effort and modest product budget
@korinreid@TechBaeAsh I can’t see what OP said but I was just talking to a friend about this subject earlier this week. I feel like part of it is also how we (friend and I) grew up and who we had (not) modeling this stuff. It seems like something to learn from/with community - even if relatively later
Are people just not trying it long enough to hit the point of exercise adaption?
You’re not supposed to get DOMs or fatigue after every lift. That’s absurd.
Founder of lululemon on what he'd tell every 25 year old:
"I'd tell them that every person in the world is an individual with a different genetic makeup and a different upbringing and the way that you're thinking is so radically different than every other person in the world and incomparable that if you have an idea and you want to move forward with it, don't worry so much about the competition because nobody will be able to replicate you and the way you think about it."
@nvpkp I’ve heard this about Minnesota but even younger. My cousin’s wedding last summer had her dad’s HS friends as guests and her elementary school friends as some of her bridesmaids.
Can someone please explain this to me??

You fill out every form online in advance and dutifully arrive 15 minutes early to check.
Receptionist: “Have a seat.”
45 minutes later, you’re finally called back.
Why are only one of us expected to keep the appointment time?!
@octal Score! Love when that works out. One time I booked a flight out of Orlando with a tight connect in ATL hoping to get stuck and see a friend. As expected got delayed by an afternoon t-storm, onward flight was delayed too but the app gave me a free change to one the next day 😁

People are hanging out with time to burn post-security. Waiting in line extends the time of the coffee activity, a positive in this scenario
@avivafashion11 I mean there are many other benefits. Parents with kids old enough to be left in a separate room but not old enough to be left home alone get better access. And people in rural areas/further from providers’ offices get access to anyone in their state.
