@ThierryBorgeat Uh every world government will throw their own economy into recession, borderline depression to keep rates down. Not sure I want to load the boat on TLT shorts at this point.
@jonbrooks A very large majority of people who own in Vail or Aspen have no concern about "rental income" and there is no "need" to sell. Fooling yourself there. Poconos and Palm Springs maybe.
@StealthQE4 Nah DEN to IAD always packed -100% full x 3 months. It’s a Vegas problem. Mountains in Colorado packed with families. Park City Utah packed as well.
@CDHenry_PA Cumberland county is “Harrisburg” suburban sprawl and run on “state government” and everything related to it. Not going anywhere and growth continues.
The problem is it’s not 100%. Got a ticket for a NYC tunnel toll. Vehicle in picture a dodge van with dirty license plate one letter off. My car a mini cooper. Had to spend an hour sorting it out. No human compared the picture to the register vehicle. No one compensated me for my time to correct the “computer error”.
The point is how many buyers agents would help acquire those documents and analyze them in trying to help a client fairly value a RE asset, yet the expectation of commission is there. Aware it increases the risk of the “deal blowing up” but if you are a buyers agent are you trying to just “get the deal done”?
