I'm so mad. Was almost finished with my World Conquest run as Turan when I went to change something for a nice picture of it and something went wrong and now I can't even access my country. At least I know I did it but I was so looking forward to the perfect photo =(

M12S beaten! The Arcadion series has probably been my favorite raid series in XIV to do so far. That said I'm glad prog is done and only farm remains. Really glad that we cleared before my birthday too. This old man did not want to go from bday to attempting to clear next day

@imAndrewRussell Physical if possible, but I have some digital stuff from the store like ff 7-9. Having that stack of cases and being able to see a collection is so nice. So many good games and memories just on display pleases me.

Dragon Quest 2 completed! What a great game. Probably my favorite of the Erdrick trilogy. Fun cast of heroes and getting to finally wrap up a multigame storyline to boot! All 3 games are def worth it for any rpg fan. HD-2D for more classic rpgs please!

DQ1 (Remake) beaten. Honestly, really simple overall which makes sense since it's the first. Would have been nice to play it more immediately after 3 but oh well. A few difficulty spikes here or there but nothing hard. Definitely not the selling point at 12 hours long though.

Persona 3 Reload finished. A P3 FES Let's Play was my introduction to the Persona series and 4 was my first so it was nice finally getting to play 3. I prefer 4 and 5 still but it was great seeing how they progressed over time. Great game!

@RinKarigani Replayability helps a lot for me (big rpg fan and love NG+ stuff), but also if it's a series that I generally love I'll give more consideration for a newer title. Also, if I've not enjoyed a previous/recent entry it'll detract from my desire as well. And I suppose base cost too.

It isn't without it's faults though. The story is lackluster. Very repetitive and stop-start with how it's played and I'm curious how the original worked in comparison. It is also extremely easy but with multiple options to customize. I'd say 6/10. Not bad but could be better.

Dragon Quest VII Reimagined, overall an okay experience but I'm skipping post-game because it doesn't feel worth. Graphics were charming and felt like a storybook which complement Toriyama's characters. Gameplay is pretty standard for a DQ game as well.

@Sebbywebz I love XII so much and while it's not perfect I appreciate it's charm and the combat system at its clunkiest is hilarious but at its best felt refreshing at times to have programmed stuff perfectly. I hope you continue getting enjoyment your way from it.

Also shoutout to the devs to making it to where you can do the final dungeon with just a basic team of 4. I really didn't want to grind for levels on several characters.

Final Fantasy 6 is one of those classic FF's that I've heard is great but never had the opportunity to really play until somewhat recently. Having beaten it I can see why it's gotten the reputation. Great characters, fantastic villain, wonderful music it's a classic for sure.

I have finally beaten Final Fantasy Tactics. I had only played Tactics Advance originally so getting the first was a great experience. As a fan of FF 12 as well it was lovely getting to experience more of Ivalice. Skipped a lot of side stuff at the end but oh well. Good game!

Just finished Digimon Story: Time Stranger and man I haven't played a Digimon game despite loving the series growing up. What a fun nostalgia trip getting to see all my favorite Digimon again. Solid game would recommend to any Digimon fan if you were on the fence. NG+ someday!
