@fiji_force how’s the investigation into Jone Vakarisi death going?
Has there been an innocent victim of the joint force brutality recently?
Where do we draw the line. Good intentions are often lost in the hands of incapable men.
We can’t let this go #TeamFiji!
I don’t say this lightly. @MyFNPF you need to answer to this allegations and take accountability if required.
These are member funds and if they have been poorly invested it needs to be public knowledge. #TeamFiji@slrabuka

I can’t for the life of me understand how banks could justify financing the high prices of housing in Fiji.
Inflated evaluations, inflated income projected. Gives the impression of affordability. It all ends up in mortgage sales or collections.
End this charade. #TeamFiji
Real Estate Moguls in #TeamFiji. Expatriates get their rent subsidized.
So don’t expect locals to pay the same level of rent or use that data to drive the rental market trend.
@FijiGovernment these guys need to be regulated.
#TeamFiji anyone else get the feeling EFL is holding government to ransom by threading power outages to manage fuel costs.
They’ve moving too early but set a very dangerous precedence. If given leeway then every man and his dog will have their paws out.
Native Lease with a horrendous 1.65 million ask. The real estate agent replies nonchalantly I sold a native lease next to it for $2M, I can share the market trend.
Rubbish pitch and unethical. I repeat again that this industry needs regulation @FijiGovernment.
@timothyverma@FijiGovernment Government policy of regulating rental/housing market is working in Australia and Singapore. For us we really need to get the valuation standardized and subjected to rigorous compliance reviews.
There is a lot of fraudulent pricing activities going on that must be penalized.
Oh boy we’re going insane in Fiji.
Now that the real estate agents are delving into property rental you can see the prices start to skyrocket.
This sector needs regulation @FijiGovernment, we are not ready for the economic shock of a housing market collapse.
B4 it’s too late!
Coca Cola Games Day 1 still going at 7:56pm.Thousands of kids will have to find their way home at this late hour.

Watch these conversations closely #TeamFiji. If they were taking heavy losses as presented the conversation is closure.
Yet they are trying to lower regulatory standard. That’s ironic and something is not right.
