How ridiculous does this sound @IndiGo6E? Your support person told me that you calculate refund based on the distance of the flight, but that's not how you set your fare. HYD -> INX is cheaper than INX -> DHM. I wouldn't have opted for a partial refund if I knew the refund.
@IndiGo6E I booked my flight from Hyd -> DHM with a layover at IXC. PNR is C4GGYQ. 1st flight was delayed by 2.5hrs & I missed my 2nd. I was told in Hyd that I can claim partial refund without informing me the amount. I paid INR 14,400 but you are now offering INR 851 as refund.
There is a big difference why @amazonIN wins over @Flipkart - customer satisfaction. When you are repeatedly disappointed, you finally give up.
Got a bed delivered from @Flipkart on 14th Mar, installation was supposed to be done the next day, but nobody has come till today.
If I do every face an issue with a product in Amazon, I know for sure it's going to be fixed by their support. They do whatever is necessary to make the customer happy. @Flipkart I am not looking for happiness from you, I just want you to complete the service you promised.
