@AmericanAir You’ll notice I’ve been flying you a lot exclusively and very disappointed at the fact that at least one leg of each trip has resulted in major delays.

@AmericanAir Of course it is, but it’s also irresponsible to not check issues before boarding an entire flight. This is becoming a common occurrence. Three times in a month is too much. Either maintain your planes or it’s time to stop flying.
@AmericanAir I am on your flight now and again delayed because of maintenance issues. It makes absolutely zero sense that you would board an entire plane and not check to ensure full functionality of the cockpit. I’m fed up with @AmericanAir
@QSCaepio I couldn’t agree more. I’m aboard a flight right now with maintenance issues. This is a 1 hour flight and it has not turned into many hours. Shouldn’t you check these issues out before boarding an entire plane and holding everyone hostage.
