@HydREGuide Really cool project but loosing 32% for common area at 12k++ is crazy. Example you buy a 4500sqft flat and you lose ~1700sqft which is almost 2 cr for common area. Gone 💨

@HydREGuide Visited site. There’s a lot of other options and their balconies are all interior facing. With zero to 10% of exterior views. 4000 sqft tower is 400+/sqft and the garden facing in tower 3 is additional 300 over the 400.
