@SouthwestAir currently on flight #WN3638. This has been a very frustrating experience. The passenger next to me is taking up a substantial portion of my assigned seat, leaving me uncomfortable and unable to sit properly for the duration of this three-hour flight. I believe seating accommodation policies should be enforced more effectively so that all passengers have access to the full seat space they purchased. As an A-List Preferred member, this level of comfort and service is extremely disappointing.
