@pharmeasyapp a loyal customer since years, been several times now that after ordering you cancel items partially and refund. Can’t your inventory reflect the same while creating order so user sees what’s available/what’s not.
This is not acceptable anymore.

Hi @IndiGo6E, I had to book my mum’s Nov travel via Kolkata since direct flights weren’t showing after Oct 22. Now I see direct flights available again. Could you kindly help shift her booking to a direct one for comfort and ease of travel?
