We are building programs and outreach to welcome them into the industry and help them grow. But we can’t do it alone. We all need to raise the industry profile together.

@tojulius @RuudWJanssen @IMEX_Group @MPI @EventDesignCol @corbinball #eventprofs don’t make the industry desirable. Entry level pay is low. Expectation, pressure, time commitment is high. To put icing on a bitter cake, the industry complains/brags about stress and how under valued it is. Any wonder they don’t see a future.
We need to want change.
