Subject: Cease and Desist from Further Interference, Defamation, and Public Commentary on Sub-Judice Matter
Mr. Sanjeev Bansal,
This serves as formal notice regarding your recent communication asserting that the present institutional dispute has escalated (“spiked”) due to your actions. Specifically, you acknowledge introducing Mr. Prashant Goenka to the institution, falsely representing him as your younger kin and relation of the late Shri Ramnath Goenka, and soliciting employment on his behalf. Following his appointment, you further incited discord by alleging that he resorted to threats of baseless accusations unless remunerated as demanded.
Notwithstanding your provocations, the institution refrained from pursuing recovery of dues owed by Mr. Prashant Goenka for over one year. In blatant disregard thereof, he has lodged complaints with statutory authorities and disseminated false and defamatory statements in the media. Rather than counseling your purported associate—who appears motivated solely by personal sustenance—you have failed to uphold your duty to the institution, which operates for societal welfare. It is neither judicious nor advisable for you to proffer unsolicited counsel in these circumstances, Mr. Bansal.
Your tenure, alongside that of Mr. Prashant Goenka, yielded naught but unproductive disputes and gossip, yielding no tangible promotion of the institution’s objectives and instead causing demonstrable harm. The institution has hitherto exercised forbearance despite these infractions. You are hereby directed to:
1.Acknowledge these facts forthwith;
2.Cease all further probing, interference, or commentary on the matter; and
3.Refrain from any public dissemination, including tweeting or similar actions, pertaining to this dispute, which remains sub-judice before the competent court.
This constitutes your final warning. Non-compliance shall compel the institution to initiate appropriate legal proceedings for defamation, tortious interference, and contempt of court, without further notice. You possess my contact details for any immediate response.

Subject: Assertion of Innocence, Reference to Filed FIR, Court Injunction, and Demand for Judicial Resolution**
Mr. Prashanth,
I affirm that I am not guilty of any wrongdoing, which is why I have filed the First Information Report (FIR) against you and/or your associates. Your actions, including disseminating misleading messages to the public to attract and exploit individuals financially—such as soliciting loans and allegedly extorting repayments upon demand—have prompted this legal recourse.
Upon obtaining an injunction order from the competent Civil Court, you appear to have absconded from your residence, in apparent evasion of judicial process. This notice serves as a formal challenge: I demand that you and your team present yourselves in court to address these matters through due process, without further attempts to circumvent or overrule the court’s orders.
Any continued public communications, including tweeting or posting on social media in violation of the injunction, constitute contempt of court and will be reported accordingly. This is my final communication outside of court proceedings. Should you wish to contest these allegations, do so through proper legal channels.
Govern yourself accordingly and cease all extraneous actions.
@hindu0408@ncism_india@PMOIndia@HMOIndia ⚠️ LEGAL NOTICE: Court has issued INTERIM INJUNCTION.
Anyone retweeting, commenting, or sharing this content is liable for prosecution.
@Prashanth’s continued ignorant & arrogant tweeting on social media = CONTEMPT OF COURT. Action will be initiated.
