@virginmedia Your customer service number is disconnected 90% of the time and when it does connect it states it is over an hours wait time. Are you not able to get someone to follow up and call me? Not sure why I am having to follow this up.

@virginmedia The letter sent stated that the soltuion they were offering was to apologise and that the case would be closed in 28 days if they didn't hear from me.The problem hasn't been fixed and they are totally uncontactable. Does that sound satisfactory to you?
