Being open-minded is much more important than being bright or smart. No matter how much they know, closed-minded people will waste your time. If you must deal with them, recognize that there can be no helping them until they open their minds. #principleoftheday
Ukraine's situation highlights the risk of relying solely on Big Brother. In our world there is no eternal values. Self-reliance is key. Leaders are stepping up, learning and adapting. Strength comes from knowledge & independence.

4 things determine you as a leader
1. You find yourself taking charge when things need fixing.
2. You see the big picture while others get lost in the details.
3. You set high standards for yourself and others.
4. You don’t just dream big—you make things happen.

I stand with the Armenian community here in Los Angeles calling for an end to the blockade of the Lachin Corridor.
We must clearly demonstrate our commitment to freedom by helping the people of Artsakh.
This is a crisis and will only get worse with inaction. Lives are at stake.
Day 20, New Year’s Eve, Azerbaijan continues the blockade of Lachin Corridor, keeping families apart, depriving people of basic provisions. Only @ICRC has access to Nagorno Karabakh. People in NK will meet the New Year in siege of Azerbaijan. Which we will never forget.
Thank you to the French government and all its citizens for the incredible support they have shown us. My interview with @ChPilgrim on @France24_en https://t.co/Xvo86GCzKk
So-called "eco activists" of Azerbaijan adopted a statement addressed to the discussion of UN Security Council, blaming them for one-sidedness. Then AZ MFA made a another statement. I am tormented by doubts whether both were written by the same diplomats of AZ MFA. Any thoughts?
