Diapers shouldn't have been a reasonable to pull guns out on people. Should have just watched the tapes and arrested of them later if they were guilty.

@DreAllDay Sadly it's not about morality, it's about what the law states. The law can be troublesome because interpretations of the law can result in bad things happening still be considered legal simply just because it's what the law says based on interpretation.
