@jenmariewilde @laurenspieller My triggers are an irregular sleep cycle, hormonal imbalances, high sodium foods, stress, strong perfumes, sensory overload with noise/crowds/lights. Excedrin migraine works if I catch it early. Cold pack at the back of my neck and over my eyes with a long nap.
