April 10, 1992 marks the Maragha Massacre. Azerbaijani forces attacked the Armenian-populated village of Maragha in Artsakh, brutally killing nearly 100 civilians, including children, women, and the elderly. Many were tortured, taken hostage, or never seen again. This atrocity must never be forgotten. We honor the victims and continue to demand justice and accountability.

Azerbaijan’s campaign of ethnic cleansing did not end in 1992. It continued with the complete forced displacement of the Armenian population of Artsakh in 2023. Under the control of an authoritarian regime, the indigenous Armenians of Artsakh have been forcibly displaced from their ancestral homeland and are still prevented from returning.
