Hi @airindiain , it’s been 6 months since my flight cancellation. After 100’s of calls , emails & Twitter messages each time ( reply looks automated) and on phone they say you will get your return in 10 days and nothing happens. Are you planning not to refund it? Case - 07000167

Sh. @HardeepSPuri all the hard work put in by GOI, you & your team, @MoCA_GoI and @MEAIndia etc. gets compromised when at the front end airline partners for e.g. @airindiain don't uphold the same values or service levels. Pls. take needed action to facilitate refunds urgently. 🙏
