@AirCanada lost my Mom's "hand" luggage. It was checked in for her during her trip at Frankfurt. Her blood pressure medications are in it and so are her glaucoma meds. She is a visitor in Canada so getting to a Dr is tricky, it has been 3 days.

It took 56hours to get her other 2 checked bags but we still dont have any update on the 3rd bag which contains her meds. This is the worst Customer service I have ever experienced, how is this happening in 2022??

@VFSGlobal @vfsglobalcare I submitted my passport to the VFS in Lagos state on 13/11 /20 but got an email on the 17/11 /20 that it's been dispatched to the IRCC office for processing with my tracking ID. I have gotten 3 mails already but my IRCC account hasn’t been updated. No counterfoil nor LOI.

@CanHCNigeria Dear team, I submitted my passport to Lagos VFS for stamping since November 4. It's 30 days today since I got a passport request. my cic profile still states that IRCC hasn't received my passport yet. Meanwhile VFS claims the passport got to IRCC, processed and has been returned.

@VFSGlobal I have had a very terrible experience with your Lagos office and can't confirm till date the status of my application.I submitted my passport for stamping to Lagos VFS on November 4. Till date, IRCC is asking for my passport. I have sent mails to your team with calls.

I submitted my passport for stamping&COPR since 26th October, Canada High Commission approved on 20th Nov.Till now,nothing has been delivered and no update given. DON'T OPEN IF U AREN'T CAPABLE.

@CanHCGhana @ECGhanaOfficial Please return our stamped PASSPORTS submitted via VFS Lagos since 26th October.We got approved on profile since 20th November but no signs of receiving our passports. We have exams to write and that passport is our only pass.

Their services are ridiculously poor.

@MasterUcheT @VFSGlobal This really has to stop. Vfs in other countries give prompt responses to their clients and decision envelopes for PR visa are returned within 2 weeks. Why does Lagos and Abuja have to treat their customers this way? 7 weeks and passport not returned? Its highly unacceptable!
