@Dr_R_Kurzrock@VivekSubbiah We tried integrating data across pathways back in 2009. The rules matrix is large once you hit 5 or 6 biomarkers in combination. With current LLMs and the lapse in the draft FDA IVDMIA rule I'm interested to see how this plays out. The algorithm is still a black box for the doc.

WU-KONG1B for EGFR exon 20 @JCO_ASCO from James Yang, Pasi Jänne et al.
Take: Exon 20 is the hardest EGFR to treat. Sunvozertinib orally joins ami and dato. ORR ~45%, DOR ~13m. Waterfall plots easy to read from far away. More options for @EGFRResisters@EgfrUk#LCSM #thoraciconcology
This is an interesting study, although we know that EGFR amplification is a resistant mechanism! Furthermore, this subgroup heavily populated with TP53 co- mutations, which is known to be poor prognostic group!
@Biotech2k1 As long as you have sufficient guardrails built to detect the fiction and satisficing the AI injects that is a great use case. My concern would be how you vet the course for excellence not being an expert to begin with.
🤔Can we omit dexamethasone from highly emetogenic chemo?
💉In a phase III RCT, NEPA + olanzapine was noninferior to the 4-day dex for CINV prevention.
😷Primary endpoint was no emesis/rescue meds in first 120h w/ 72.4% (dex) and 72.2% (no dex)
⭐️For pts w/ brittle diabetes or steroid induced psychosis, this is an immediate and practical modification!
