With current LLMs and the lapse in the draft FDA IVDMIA rule I'm interested to see how this plays out. The algorithm is still a black box for the doc.

😷Primary endpoint was no emesis/rescue meds in first 120h w/ 72.4% (dex) and 72.2% (no dex)
⭐️For pts w/ brittle diabetes or steroid induced psychosis, this is an immediate and practical modification!
