@Shana__X__@857Tucson Certainly. President Cross has personally mentioned our X page in the past but we will have him do it again when he is invited on another podcast. We also have a Facebook page.
Our website is a future project. Fighting our corrupt leadership is priority number one right now.
@Shana__X__@857Tucson They still must establish probable cause or witness a civil violation, but there is a "zero tolerance" edict in the neighborhood, per command.
These are passed down the chain. Sgt. Aragon will no doubt confirm if/when he testifies in court for this matter.
@SAM_EYE_AM_18 These are verbal orders, passed down the chain. The cite for Obstructing a Thoroughfare is rarely used and should be self-evident of the "zero tolerance" edict.
It should have been publicly announced beforehand.
@Crystal_Mar87@857Tucson These are verbal orders, passed down the chain. The cite you witnessed on stream is self-evident of such order, as they are rarely written otherwise.
@Crystal_Mar87@857Tucson Some laws can require notice, like criminal trespassing, but many do not.
Best practice would have been to announce it publicly. We have a leadership crisis.
@Crystal_Mar87@857Tucson They obviously cannot ban streaming, but any violation while doing so must be cited per the "zero tolerance" edict.
It is unfair that this was not announced to the public by the department.
@Crystal_Mar87@857Tucson It's a semantic game. As long as you're not breaking any law. That's tough when there are no sidewalks or public parking lots in the area. Having a neighbor's permission to park on their private property would obviously be best.

@857Tucson There is a mandatory cite/arrest edict from the sheriff in the neighborhood.
If a 911 call is made and the deputy arrives, they must cite or arrest if possible or face discipline.
Just another example why we voted no confidence in Sheriff Nanos.

We are grateful the Pima BOS has referred Sheriff Nanos for felony perjury charges. These images appear to prove it.
Please email the AZ AG to ask them to prosecute. Convicted felons cannot hold office in AZ:
