Today I hiked and searched the wash behind Annie’s home. This has been previously searched by Exploring With Jim, however, an anonymous tip lead me back here.
I didn’t find anything of significance to the Nancy Guthrie case, but I didn’t find find a blue latex glove that doesn’t look very old.

When I was attempting to talk to him and educate him on his county’s laws, he was still worried about you being on a public easement. I have him recorded saying “well if they live here they can park on the street”. That’s selective enforcement. And you 100% were targeted. Apparently it’s teddy bear season, because he went after the teddy bear.
