@justinsbanter@InvWisdom@unusual_whales This is definitely true for multifamily. For single family, I’d love to see some evidence. Scattered-site is priced out of prime locations and most BTR development is suburban if not exurban.

I'm one of the other five or six, especially on any flight west of the Rocky Mountains, some of the best scenery on the planet. Most approaches into LGA or JFK are pretty great too. Hate that shades down is becoming more of a default.
