@DuaneS39@2Goalies1Mic I’d like to see a veteran blue liner and for them to weaponize cap space. This draft has developed into a really strong one and for them to use space they don’t need to keep stockpiling is ok with me.

@craigrivet52@T_Vanek26 @TheInstigator76 @Giostyle21@Jeremy_Roenick@AfterLeWhistle Marek Zagrapan in 2005 for me. Not so much as just because of him but because Crosby was in that draft, the Sabres had the best odds to get him, that draft was loaded, and they got…Zagrapan.
@Branchie51 @LLysowski If you mean Mittelstadt, he’s on pace for 50 NHL points this year. A hard disagree. If you mean Fitzgerald, then cheerfully agreed!
@OrangeSeats1940@JoeYerdon I can understand that. It feels like he would be easily replaced. His chemistry with Okposo and clear role as a 4th line checker with a bit of skill is what keeps him around.
@OrangeSeats1940@JoeYerdon I think if you overstate his role then maybe. Players like ZG make the playoffs and win Cups all the time. He doesn’t have a large enough role on the team to really be able to state that he’s enough of the problem that replacing him would really make a difference.
