The War on Ukraine is an unimaginable tragedy...

As a human, and as an artist, I felt compelled to respond in the most significant way I could. So today, for the first time ever, I publicly performed my Dad’s song, IMAGINE.

[Michelle Obama @MichelleObama]

Van, thank you for expressing the sorrow and relief that we all feel. My hope is that those who hoped for a different outcome will take a moment to empathize with the pain so many of us have felt over the past four years.

The Italian airforce gives a big emotional lift to their nation with Pavarotti singing Nessun Dorma (let no one sleep)and where lyrics say venceremos(we will overcome)they have their planes dramatically facing and overpowering the single plane (virus) with their National Flag!

@CBSSportsNet Air Force vs Army pregame has a backdrop with an F-18 behind the commentators. Get real! The F-18 is a Navy fighter, not an Air Firce one. Do some research. Fix it!

The detention of children at the border, and the consequent separation of them from their parents, is cruel beyond belief. Is this still America, or the months before Gilead in THE HANDMAID’S TALE?
