Credit tenants are always a positive BUT give me a local credit Mom & Pop operator with excellent store sales any day of the week. Credit is nice, but not if they’re paying rents 50% over mkt.
@Panthers The strip sack TD and pick on the next drive were bad and we all get that. Why does no one ask what happened with the delay of game around the 9 min mark in the 2Q when it was 10-3 and we’re getting to FG range. That cannot happen, is on Bryce, and cost us 3 pts. What happened?

Strikes me how quick some people are to throw out the “just another Maga idiot” or “R’s are Russian lapdogs” talking points when all the guy is saying is how he appreciates exposure to some alternative perspective that he wasnt getting anywhere else by watching a long format interview with the opposition leader in a war we are in a very large way funding. That’s just a fact not a political stance. Guaranteed those folks saying these things have not taken the time to even watch the interview. Way easier to just have the lazy MSM sanctioned takes above.
On what planet would you want exposure to opposition voices silenced/scrubbed and then go on to actively seek to label them in such a way as to dismiss them entirely so that they are completely OB for civil discussion? Do you really want just one state sponsored pipeline of info? That’s actual fascism.
