I recently completed a cohort with TS Academy on AI & Automation, and I'm easing into building things with n8n, Make And Zapier — one project at a time, out in the open.

Sometimes I forget that people can only meet you as far as they have met with themselves. If someone is being unkind, they struggle with being kind with themselves. If someone is being closed off, it is because they are having trouble connecting with themselves. Being aware of this reminds me to be patient with myself and others. In order to nurture others in a healthy manner, we must first be able to do that for ourselves.
