بلوچ وائس فار جسٹس خضدار لائبریری سے طلبہ کو بے دخل کرنے اور اسے نجی تعلیمی ادارے کے حوالے کرنے کے فیصلے پر شدید تشویش کا اظہار کرتی ہے۔ سینکڑوں طلبہ اس لائبریری سے اپنی تعلیمی سرگرمیوں، امتحانات کی تیاری، تحقیق، مطالعے اور علمی رہنمائی کے لیے استفادہ کرتے ہیں۔ اس عوامی تعلیمی سہولت کو طلبہ سے چھین لینا ان کے تعلیمی حقوق کی خلاف ورزی اور علم دوست ماحول پر کاری ضرب ہے۔

مولانا دین پوری لائبریری میں روزانہ 400 سے زائد طلبہ و طالبات اپنی تعلیمی سرگرمیوں کے لیے رجوع کرتے ہیں، جبکہ وہاں طلبہ اور طالبات کے مطالعے کے لیے علیحدہ جگہ بھی مختص ہے۔ اسی طرح عاشق عثمان لائبریری میں صرف 150 طلبہ کے لیے مطالعے کی گنجائش موجود ہے۔

ضلعی انتظامیہ کا یہ اقدام سینکڑوں طلبہ کو ان کی تعلیمی سرگرمیوں سے محروم کرنے کی کوشش ہے، جو سراسر تعلیم دشمن پالیسی کی عکاسی کرتا ہے۔ بلوچ وائس فار جسٹس اس فیصلے کی شدید مذمت کرتی ہے، اسے فوری طور پر واپس لینے کا مطالبہ کرتی ہے، اور خضدار کے طلبہ و طالبات کی جائز جدوجہد اور مطالبات کی مکمل حمایت کا اعلان کرتی ہے۔

طورخم بارڈر پر افغانستان واپس جانے والے ایک افغان شہری اپنی پاکستانی اہلیہ سے جدائی کے غم میں آبدیدہ ہو گیا۔ میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے اس نے بتایا کہ اس نے پنجاب سے تعلق رکھنے والی ایک پاکستانی لڑکی سے شادی کر رکھی ہے، تاہم موجودہ حکومتی پالیسی کے باعث اس کی اہلیہ پاکستان میں رہ گئی ہے جبکہ اسے افغانستان واپس جانا پڑ رہا ہے۔افغان شہری نے روتے ہوئے کہا کہ اپنی بیوی کو پاکستان میں چھوڑ کر جانا اس کے لیے انتہائی تکلیف دہ اور افسوسناک لمحہ ہے۔ اس کا کہنا تھا کہ وہ حکومت سے مطالبہ کرتا ہے کہ ایسے افغان شہریوں کے لیے، جنہوں نے قانونی طور پر پاکستانی خواتین سے شادیاں کر رکھی ہیں،خصوصی اور واضح پالیسی یا سہولت کا اعلان کیا جائے تاکہ انہیں افغانستان واپسی، سفری دستاویزات اور اپنے اہلِ خانہ کے ساتھ رہائش کے معاملات میں مشکلات کا سامنا نہ کرنا پڑے۔اس نے مزید کہا کہ خاندانوں کی علیحدگی ایک انسانی مسئلہ ہے، اس لیے حکومت کو ایسے معاملات کے حل کے لیے مناسب اقدامات کرنے چاہییں تاکہ میاں بیوی کو ایک دوسرے سے جدا نہ ہونا پڑے اور وہ قانونی تقاضے پورے کرتے ہوئے باعزت طریقے سے اپنی ازدواجی زندگی جاری رکھ سکیں

Cleric killed, two injured in quadcopter strike in Lower South Waziristan.

SOUTH WAZIRISTAN: A local cleric was killed and two other persons were injured in a suspected quadcopter attack near a mosque in Landi Doag area of Birmal tehsil in Lower South Waziristan on Monday evening, police and local sources said.

They said three people sustained injuries in the attack and were rushed to the District Headquarters Hospital in Wana, where one of the injured identified as Maulana Amanullah succumbed to his wounds. The other two injured, who were said to be brothers and identified as Mohammad Zubair and Jahanzeb, were under treatment at the hospital.

The slain Maulana Amanullah, 34, son of Hayat, was a resident of Landi Doag belonging to Karamzkhel tribe. Several suspected quadcopter strikes have been reported in South Waziristan over the past year.

Residents said such incidents created fear and uncertainty among the civilian population and disrupted daily life.

Meanwhile, the Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl, Lower South Waziristan chapter, condemned the incident, expressing grief over the death of Maulana Amanullah.

In a statement, the party called for a transparent and impartial investigation into the suspected attack, urging the authorities to identify those responsible and make the findings public.

Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf MNA Zubair Wazir in a social media post also condemned the attack, expressing grief over the killing of the cleric and prayed for the recovery of the injured.

He said that “continued insecurity, oppression, the excessive use of force, and violence had plunged the entire region into an atmosphere of fear, insecurity and uncertainty”.

“Today, people no longer feel safe. Neither homes, nor mosques, nor madrassas, nor even the lives of innocent children are secure,” he said.
