Got a Tesla quote to replace a lower rear fascia - based on photos. Called Tesla, they said nothing's showing up in their system for it. $995 estimate for damage with no record on their end. Something doesn't add up. @Tesla @elonmusk

They first denied it, which was UNACCEPTABLE. But it's been resolved now.

This is honestly unacceptable.

I booked an Uber Pool knowing exactly what I was signing up for. I expected extra pickups, extra drop-offs, and a slightly longer journey. That's not my issue.

My issue is that your routing made absolutely no sense.

Because of that completely unnecessary detour, I missed an investors' meeting that ended up being cancelled. This wasn't just an inconvenience—it had real consequences.

Don't tell me this is "how Uber Pool works." It isn't. Extra stops are expected.

The driver was literally just a few minutes from my destination, yet instead of dropping me off, Uber sent the car in the opposite direction to drop off other passengers first. I was only about 1 km away, but it was raining, so walking wasn't a realistic option.

Perfect attendance. No one noticed.

@MorphyIndia what bullshit are you doing with your customers? your trimmers stop working after some days and your customer services doesn't either doesn't pick call or assigns complain number but does nothing. i got my trimmer literally 10 days back and it's not working. FIX IT.
