This isn't just a pile of garbage pulled from a Karimnagar drain - it is a painful reflection of our own carelessness.

Every single day, thousands of us walk or drive past - Court Junction, Trinity College & Chemistry Bhavan.

Somewhere along the way, a used water bottle here, a plastic cup there, got dropped into the drain.

They didn’t magically disappear but choked the entire system. Now, after BJP won Karimnagar Municipal Corporation, we are spending funds to clear the decades of sludge.

When you look at this heap of trash, it’s a direct reflection of our habits.

We often see Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji holding onto a small wrapper or a plastic bottle, even tucking it into his pocket until he finds a proper dustbin.

If the Prime Minister of the country can take that kind of personal responsibility, why can't we?

Keeping Karimnagar clean doesn't require a new government order but it just requires us to stop and think.

This is our city, our streets & our responsibility.

The next time you finish a bottle of water, please don’t just drop it. Hold onto it for a few minutes, slip it into a pocket or a bag, and wait until you find a bin.

1975 జూన్ 25న దేశంపై విధించిన అత్యవసర పరిస్థితి (ఎమర���జెన్సీ) కేవలం ఒక వ్యక్తి స్వార్థం కోసం చేసిన దుశ్చర్య. ఇందిరా గాంధీ ఎన్నిక చెల్లదని అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు తీర్పు ఇస్తే, ఆ తీర్పును గౌరవించి రాజీనామా చేయ���ల్సింది పోయి రాత్రికి రాత్రే దేశంపై ఎమర్జెన్సీని రుద్దారు.
పౌర హక్కులను పూర్తిగా కాలరాసి, పత్రికా స్వేచ్ఛను అణచివేసి, దేశాన్ని ఒక పెద్ద జైలుగా మార్చారు. జయప్రకాశ్ నారాయణ్, వాజపేయి, అద్వానీ, మొరార్జీ దేశాయ్ వంటి అగ్ర నాయకులతో పాటు దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఎంతో మందిని జైళ్లలో బంధించారు. ఆ రోజుల్లో నేను కూడా మీసా చట్టం కింద చంచల్‌గూడ జైలులో ఒక సంవత్సరం పాటు శిక్ష అనుభవించాను.
ఆ చీకటి రోజుల్���ో ప్రజాస్వామ్యాన్ని కాపాడటంలో, జైలుకు వెళ్లిన నాయకుల కుటుంబాలను ఆదుకోవడంలో రాష్ట్రీయ స్వయంసేవక్ సంఘ్ (RSS) అగ్రేసరంగా నిలిచి పోరాడింది. కాంగ్రెస్ మైండ్‌సెట్ ఎప్పుడూ నియంతృత్వమే, అది ప్రజాస్వామ్య పద్ధతి కాదు. నేటికీ వారి వారసత్వంలో ఆ నియంతృత్వ ధోరణే కనిపిస్తోంది.
ప్రజాస్వామ్యాన్ని, దేశ స్వేచ్ఛను కాపాడటమే భారతీయ జనతా పార్టీ కార్యకర్తల నిజమైన కర్తవ్యం. ఆనాటి చీకటి రోజులను గుర్తుచేసుకుంటూ, ఆ నియంతృత్వ ఆలోచనా విధానాన్ని పూర్తిగా తొలగించి ప్రజాస్వామ్య విలువలను కాపాడుకోవడానికి మనమంతా కట్టుబడి ఉందాం.

Visited the Headquarters of the Land Ports Authority of India (LPAI) in New Delhi today and reviewed the excellent work being carried out to strengthen India’s border infrastructure through modern Integrated Check Posts.

Land ports are vital gateways that facilitate secure trade, seamless connectivity, and economic development in border regions. They also play an important role in strengthening people-to-people ties and regional cooperation.

Appreciate the dedicated efforts of the LPAI team. Under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji and the guidance of Hon’ble Union Home Minister Shri @AmitShah Ji, India is rapidly building modern border infrastructure that strengthens national security, boosts trade, and accelerates development in border areas.
