तेल के चक्कर में या तो गल्फ देशों को साधता फिरे और बीच -बीच में अमेरिका की प्रेशर पॉलिटिक्स भी झेलता रहे।

या फिर एथनॉल, हाइड्रो फ्यूल आदि वैकल्पिक ईंधन पर जाकर आत्मनिर्भर बन जाए। चाहे कोई वैश्विक संकट आए, किसी के आगे गिड़गिड़ाना नहीं होगा।

एथनॉल सिर्फ गन्ने से ही नहीं बनता, चावल, बाँस आदि से भी बनता है। कृषि प्रधान देश में ये सब प्रचुर मात्रा में हैं।

23 लाख करोड़ का तेल आयात कम होगा तो भारत का पैसा बाहर भी नहीं जाएगा॥ विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार भी ठीक रहेगा।

जो डीज़ल गाड़ी चलाते हैं, वो भी कह रहे हैं कि एथनॉल से गाड़ी का माइलेज कम हो रहा है। गाड़ी ख़राब हो रही। जबकि डीज़ल में एथनॉल मिलता ही नहीं है। सोशल मीडिया पर इतनी अफ़वाहें उड़ रहीं हैं कि डीज़ल गाड़ियों वाले भी हलकान हो रहे।

पेट्रोल पंपों पर पहले भी मिलावट की ख़बरें आती रहीं हैं । इस पहलू की जाँच की ज़रूरत है कि जिन गाड़ियों में समस्या आई, उन्होंने किन पंप से तेल लिया और फिर उन पंपों की जाँच हो कि वहां एथनॉल वाला बिक रहा या 100 % पेट्रोल या फिर कुछ और मिलावट
