Chosen by the people, answerable to the people, and dedicated to the people.
The elected representatives of the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference.
I love how the people who know the least about the meeting I’ve called with my MLAs are talking the most. Remember one thing - those who know don’t speak & those who speak sit in the opposition. 😄
Eid ul Adha Mubarak to everyone! 🌙✨
May this blessed occasion bring peace, happiness, prosperity, and countless blessings to you and your family. May Allah accept your sacrifices and fill your lives with joy, love, and good health. 🤲
The tragic murder of a young preteen girl in Budgam district of Central Kashmir is both shocking & deeply distressing. While the appropriate agencies enquire into the circumstances of her murder, it’s also fitting that we reflect on where we as a society are headed when our young children are not safe. I condemn this brutal attack without reservation or condition & send my sympathies to her family. May she find place in Jannat. My government will support the agencies to the fullest extent possible to ensure exemplary punishment is given to those found guilty.

Comparing Ladakh scenario and Kashmir imbroglio is like comparing Sanctuary with a Faultline.
In 2019, Leh got what it wanted and we woke up to what we feared. In these years they changed their mood and were pampered; we cried, hustled, reasoned and were booted down.
Writing Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh does not make them the same, not in the eyes of @BJP4India. Their agenda was, is and perhaps will remain the same. Ruling Kashmir from New Delhi. This, despite Hon'ble Supreme Court's decision and everything else that the people of J&K made abundantly clear in 2024.
Could it be because we are Muslims who refuse to bow down before a majoratarian communal mindset?
Today attended an important JKYNC meeting at Nawa-i-Subah, Srinagar, under the leadership of Provincial President Jenab @Mir_Mushtaq_ Sahab. Discussions focused on grassroots strengthening, youth outreach, and public issues.
@YNCJK
Today @BJP4India government hikes petrol prices by Rs 4 and now its hired people in Kashmir have the audacity to stage this theatrical drama.
In 2017, it was PDP BJP government that pushed through an excise policy mandating liquor shops in "unserved and underserved areas."
And in 2022, where was this manufactured outrage when the administration wanted to sell alcohol in departmental stores?
This is nothing but classic BJP duplicity.
