8th-grade @ChiPubSchools families are receiving emails today with their student's HS admissions test results.

Consistent with the entire CPS HS admissions process, the email is confusing and leaves families with more questions than answers.

They need our love and support today as they take a particularly cruel high stakes test for high school admissions.

In 10 days @ChiPubSchools 8th graders will take the high school admissions exam.

CPS has forced students to take some pretty terrible tests over the years.

This one has to be the worst.

It is timed.
We don't know what standards are assessed.
People with money are paying for test prep classes.
It will determine S's opportunities.
