I believe it. Longtime Wordpress user and somethings will be hard to easily replicate, but for small sites, I recently used Lovable to create a really engaging site recently that I had previously started on Wordpress. It has a limited number of blogs/articles and it was so much easier to add custom interactive material into the posts.

Also, why is your support bot the worst? I already have a paid plan and it still just tells me to “upgrade to a paid plan” instead of letting me talk to a live agent. Pure deflection instead of support.

@SendGridSupport I have multiple paid Twilio accounts across products. My free SendGrid account for a personal blog that sends about 100 emails a month stopped sending a month ago. There was no notice of plan changes, no notice of downgrade, and no notice that emails were failing

I upgraded my plan just to get emails flowing again but I’ll be looking at other options like AWS SES. I don’t need 50k–100k emails a month, I need 100. And I still can’t understand why there was never a single notification from you about any of this.

My little side project has 0% churn for paying customers since it launched!
I made @DocTranscribe for me, to help with this problem and to stay up-to-date with a lot of this technology by actually building it. But it’s neat to see others getting a lot of value out of it as well!

@stlaurentgod Not just you. They have an issue with thier edge functions. I temporarily disabled my [[edge_functions]] in netlify.toml to get my site back up.

@VSingh1913 @Netlify @NetlifySupport Same. If you can disable any edge functions in your netlify.toml that will temporarily fix it until they fix stuff on their side.
