@Musclemanhh it's all calorie deficit. There is literally nothing else. You can be less hungry or get more energy or whatever but losing weight? Calorie deficit, that is all.
@foundmyfitness You people always go on and on and on about all this shit. It's just calories and nutrients for 99% of people. The rest of it is just bollocks. Eat your maintenance level and try and get it relatively balanced with carb, protein and fat. The rest, for nearly everyone, is shite.
@bushontheradio Robbo. He had some sort of genetic growth issue and was about 6 foot and 14 stone at 11, he beat up the cock of 5th year when he was in 1st year. He was pretty placid though and by the time he was in 5th year he wasn't any bigger than the other big Lads as his condition changed.
@grover_kath You'll get advice, ignore it. The only thing that matters is to consume less calories than you burn. 500 cals per day = 1 pound a week. 1000 = 2 and so on. Immerse yourself in it, you're a clever person and it's not that hard. Take a GLP1. Good luck
