I said I’d show the lot. So here it is.
Stocks ISA. My own money. No one else’s.
Account value: £74,483.51
Net deposits: £32,836.84
Total return: +£41,646.67
Rate of return: +357%
Cash waiting to be deployed: £8,541.36
Started at £0 aged 18. Six years of hard work, depositing and investing in great companies.
The Portfolio:
Yes. $AMD is nearly half the account.
That was not the plan on day one. It compounded into that weight. +452% will do that.
I am not trimming it because a pie chart looks nicer. I still think the stock can go to $1,000 but it doesn't mean I won't trim before here. If I’m wrong, you’ll see it here.
$NKE is the other side of the same rule. Down 55%. Guidance is brutal.
Turnaround is slower than expected but there are signs (North America Revenue Growth and EPS Beats) and I am still holding. I said that before this reveal. Still true.
Laggards stay in the portfolio until the story plays out. We're not even 1st base with $NKE
How I run the portfolio:
Keep it simple.
I buy every month. Same habit. Wage in, ISA in, done.
Every purchase has a 3–5 year clock on it. Not a week. Not a headline. Fundamentals.
I am 24. Goal is £1m by 40. This is year 6 of that. The +357% is mostly picking great companies and not selling.
Cash is ~£8.5k. Dry powder, not a market call. Happy with this cash % for now.
200 of you showed up in two days. Now 250, and I said I’d open the book. So here it is.
Thank you for the follows, the replies and the support. What a community we're lucky to be a part of.
Feel free to ask questions in the comments: position size, why I own it, why I haven’t sold the red ones. Ask.
I’ll answer.
Keep compounding.

Got to take the good with the bad!
⬇️ £1,300 (1.8%) today alone! Mainly thanks to $AMD.
Now only up 436% on $AMD.
Who would have thought $NKE holding the portfolio from an even worse day!🤣
Just another day in the casino!
47% of my account is $AMD.
That was not the plan. It compounded into that.
£25k off the bat is a wedding, a house deposit, or a brand-new car.
I still think $AMD can go to $1,000. I am not selling because a pie chart looks nicer.
But 47% is too heavy.
What price do I start to trim $AMD?
